Deine Aufgaben
- Rollout and further development of Margin Analysis (CO-PA) with SAP S/4HANA
- Coordination and knowledge transfer between IT SAP FICO & eBusiness, Cost Accounting, and Segment Controlling
- Establishment and coordination of a global plant controlling framework in close collaboration with the controlling teams of the segments
- Introduction and visualization of variance analyses in plant controlling
- Further development of the budgeting process using modern tools, with a focus on manufacturing costs and contribution margin development within plant controlling
- Support of functional controlling with a focus on IT controlling, as well as assistance with cost center planning and rate calculations in the plants
Dein Profil
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Mathematics
- Several years of professional experience in controlling within an industrial company, ideally in an international environment
- Solid experience in plant controlling / operations controlling, as well as relevant project experience
- Very good knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BI, and SAP; VBA and SQL are an advantage
- Fluent English and willingness to undertake occasional international travel to SFS locations
- Strong initiative, high reliability, and strong analytical problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to think in interconnected, cross-functional ways
