Are you an experienced specification professional passionate about the Building Envelope sector? SFS is looking for a Specification Manager to drive specification growth and build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and end users across the North of the UK. This is your chance to join a market leader and influence major projects using our trusted Nvelope and Soter product ranges along with other SFS products.
Your Tasks
- Generate and manage a sustainable specification pipeline, converting projects from design to invoice.
- Develop and nurture key relationships with architects, specifiers, and design-led contractors.
- Deliver CPD presentations on industry topics like BIM, sustainability, and whole life costs.
- Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate and compliant product specifications.
- Represent SFS at industry events and support ongoing training and development initiatives.
Your profile
- Proven specification experience in the Building Envelope construction market (essential).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to deliver under pressure, manage competing priorities, and inspire through influence.
- Commitment to professionalism and operating ethically aligned with company values.
