Your Tasks
工作职责：
- 负责管理负责区域的设备完好率，以保障生产顺利进行；
- 主要进行数控车床，走心机，加工中心，钻攻中心，磨床，线割，电火花等设备调试安装、调试和检验，维修保养工作；
- 负责CNC设备故障的分析及解决方案的制定，负责大修，重大设备改造项目；
- 必要时和供应商沟通，联系，保障设备尽快修复，保障生产；
- 负责CNC维修工的指导培训，改进CNC设备工作效率；
- 维修配件的确认和填写相关维修记录和相关文件，可持续改善项目的发掘、分析、解决和实施；
- 完成上级安排的其它工作和任务。
- Responsible for managing the equipment integrity rate in the responsible area to ensure smooth production;
- Mainly responsible for the debugging, installation, inspection, and maintenance of equipment such as CNC lathes, walking machines, machining centers, drilling and tapping centers, grinders, wire cutting machines, and electrical discharge machines;
- Responsible for analyzing CNC equipment failures and developing solutions, responsible for major repairs and major equipment renovation projects;
- Communicate and contact suppliers as necessary to ensure that equipment is repaired as soon as possible and production is guaranteed;
- Responsible for guiding and training CNC maintenance workers to improve the efficiency of CNC equipment work;
- Confirm and fill in relevant maintenance records and documents for maintenance accessories, and explore, analyze, solve, and implement sustainable improvement projects;
- Complete other tasks and tasks assigned by superiors.
Your profile
岗位要求：
- 懂得Fanuc、三菱系统等CNC维修与操作，熟悉编程中的G代码和M代码；
- 精通兄弟钻攻中心和西铁城走芯机的维护维修保养，精度调试，
- 能够独立进行大修作业，能够使用激光干涉仪，动平衡仪者佳；
- 具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力；
- 工作积极主动、责任心强、吃苦耐劳、有较强的学习和动手能力；
- 有五年以上相关工作经验。
- Understand CNC maintenance and operation such as Fanuc and Mitsubishi systems, and be familiar with G and M codes in programming;
- Proficient in the maintenance, repair, and precision debugging of Brother Drilling Center and Xitie City core moving machine,
- Able to independently carry out major maintenance operations, and able to use laser interferometers or dynamic balancing instruments is preferred;
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, with strong learning and hands-on abilities;
- Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
