Your Tasks
工作职责：
- 根据客户新项目评估分析问题点向客户沟通；
- BOM/DFM制作，解决客户提出的技术要求并解决；
- 与生产团队合作解决问题；
- 继续改进现有的工艺状态，持续优化，以达到部门的要求；
- 具有说服力和影响力的领导能力及跨部门配合工作协调；
- 条件成本控制。
- Communicate with clients based on the evaluation and analysis of new project issues;
- BOM/DFM making, analyze technical requirements raised by customers and resolve them;
- Collaborate with the production team to solve problems;
- Continue to improve the existing process status, continuously optimize to meet departmental requirements;
- Persuasive and influential leadership skills, as well as cross departmental collaboration and coordination;
- Conditional cost control.
Your profile
岗位要求：
- 大专以上学历，机械专业优先；
- 5年以上高速冲压五金模具设计工作经验，懂现场模具维修优先；
- 要求CAD. UC, Catia, Prole, Solidmorks, AutoForm模具绘图软件；
- 沟通能力强；
- 熟悉模具制造的工艺加工流程的优先，如线切割、EDM、CNC、PC、磨床等。
- College degree or above, mechanical major is preferred;
- More than 5 years of experience in high-speed stamping hardware mold design, with a preference for on-site mold maintenance;
- Require CAD UC, Catia, Prole, Solidmorks, AutoForm mold drawing software;
- Strong communication skills;
- Priority will be given to those who are familiar with the manufacturing process of molds, such as wire cutting, EDM, CNC, PC, grinding machines, etc.
