Your Tasks
工作职责：1.负责焊接治具设计及检具，完成相关部门的协调工作。 (OEE）与周转率2.Bom/DFM制作，解决客户提出的技术要求3.与生产团队合作解决问题4.继续改进现有的模具状态，以达到部门的要求5.具有说服力和影响力的领导能力6.条件成本控制
Job responsibility:
1. Responsible for welding fixture design and inspection, and completing coordination work with relevant departments. (OEE) and turnover rate2. Bom/DFM production to address technical requirements raised by customers3. Collaborate with the production team to solve problems4. Continue to improve the existing mold status to meet the department's requirements5. Persuasive and influentia

Your profile
职位要求：1.大专以上学历，机械专业优先2.八年以上焊接工作经验，焊接维护优先3.要求会CAD,UG, Catia,Proe, Solidworks, AutoForm模具绘图软件中的一样或者几样4.沟通能力和解决问题能力强5.了解激光焊接的一般知识，焊接产品DFM评估6.会焊接治具设计、夹具维护和过程调试
Job requirements:1. College degree or above, mechanical major preferred2. More than eight years of welding work experience, with priority given to welding maintenance3. Require proficiency in CAD, UG, Catia, Proe, Solidworks, AutoForm mold drawing software, or one or several of them4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills5. Understand the general knowledge of laser welding and evaluate the DFM of welding products6. Proficient in welding fixture design, fixture maintenance, and process debugging
