Your Tasks
工作职责：
- 参与新项目的开发过程并跟进，以赢得项目或业务(与项目开发团队，品质团队，工程团队紧密合作)；
- 样品的提交和发货，以满足客户的发货要求；
- 接收、核对所有客户订单和预测，跟踪订单交付及需求趋势；
- 协助进行价格谈判，客户合同评审，逾期付款及其他商业条款；
- 以客户100%满意为服务导向，与团队和客户建立良好的合作关系。参与客户投诉，主 导客户来访。
- Participate in the development process of new projects and follow up to win projects or business (work closely with the project development team, quality team, and engineering team);
- Submit and ship samples to meet customer shipping requirements;
- Receive and verify all customer orders and forecasts, track order delivery and demand trends;
- Assist in price negotiations, customer contract reviews, overdue payments, and other commercial terms;
- With a service orientation of 100% customer satisfaction, establish good cooperative relationships with the team and customers. Participate in customer complaints, main

Your profile
职位要求：
- 本科或以上学历，工作经验5年以上；
- 有客户服务，项目管理，订单管理经验；
- 对精密金属制造工艺有一定了解；
- 性格开朗，沟通协调能力佳。
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience;
- Experience in customer service, project management, and order management;
- Have a certain understanding of precision metal manufacturing processes;
- Outgoing personality，excellent communication skill and coordination skills.
