Your Tasks
工作内容：1. 根据客户需求合理优化原料库存，配合生产线及时完成订单交付；2. 负责对供应商的产能进行评估监控，确保供应商满足工厂的产能需求;3. 按照MPS制定每周模具计划，实现优化模具库存水平;4. 生产部门按照计划交付、生产， 避免生产短缺或过剩;5. 根据MPS需求和生产周期及采购周期;6. 制定出合理的成品安全库存， 有效控制库存周转期;7. 控制WIP &原材料库存价值。
Job responsibility:1. Reasonably optimize raw material inventory according to customer needs and cooperate with production lines to complete order delivery in a timely manner;2. Responsible for evaluating and monitoring the production capacity of suppliers to ensure that they meet the factory's capacity requirements;3. Develop weekly mold plans according to MPS to optimize mold inventory levels;4. The production department delivers and produces according to the plan to avoid production shortages or surpluses;5. Based on MPS requirements, production cycle, and procurement cycle;6. Develop a reasonable finished product safety stock and effectively control inventory turnover period;7. Control WIP&raw material inventory value.

Your profile
岗位要求：1. 生产管理类相关专业，大专以上学历，熟悉生产制造业的管理流程；2. 熟悉汽车配件行业生产线制造的管理流程优先；3. 具有较好的英语听说读写能力，能和国外同事沟通原料及计划问题；4. 熟悉生产物料的管理，物料安全库存水平的制定；5. 年龄35岁以内，具有良好的沟通能力。
Job requirements:1. Major in production management, with a college degree or above, familiar with the management processes of the manufacturing industry;2. Familiarity with the management process of production line manufacturing in the automotive parts industry is preferred;3. Possess good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate with foreign colleagues on material and planning issues;4. Familiar with the management of production materials and the establishment of material safety stock levels;5. Under the age of 35, with good communication skills.
