Whether as a student trainee or intern, we will integrate you as a permanent team member and find a suitable area of responsibility for you. Here you will get a first glimpse behind the scenes. Interested in a comprehensive development experience? Join our Unisteel Class! In collaboration with the Gansu Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the program aims at fostering talent and cultivating a high-performing workforce to drive our organization’s long-term success.

Through a unique blended learning approach, students will participate in custom training sessions at both Unisteel Nantong and the Institute during the first two years. This will be followed by a one-year internship at Unisteel, where students will gain real-world industry experience in various roles.
