We offer all employees a company pension scheme that is reviewed regularly to ensure it is both flexible and competitive in the market, and with employer contributions above the statutory requirements. Employees are able to adjust their pension contributions to suit their current requirements. Furthermore, all employees who are enrolled in the company pension scheme are offered the opportunity to attend a 1:1 pension surgery on an annual basis, where they can discuss their pension and receive tailored advice from financial experts.
