Are you passionate about design-led construction and thrive on building strong relationships with architects and specifiers? Do you enjoy seeing projects through from early concept to successful delivery? If so, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a Specification Manager to cover the South East of England, playing a key role in driving sustainable growth through influential specification, project conversion and long-term customer partnerships across our SFS products, including Nvelope and Soter brands.

As Specification Manager, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing a strong, sustainable specification pipeline by working closely with architects, specifiers, design-led contractors and selected end users. You’ll champion our solutions at the earliest project stages and sponsor specifications through their full lifecycle to successful conversion.

You’ll also be a visible and trusted representative of the business in the market delivering CPDs, attending industry events and positioning SFS as a technical and commercial partner of choice.

Your Tasks

  • Generate and manage a sustainable specification pipeline, converting projects from design to invoice
  • Develop and nurture key relationships with architects, specifiers, and design-led contractors
  • Deliver engaging CPD presentations and promote key industry topics such as sustainability, BIM and the Building Safety Act
  • Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting and forecasting activity
  • Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate and compliant product specifications

Your profile

  • Proven specification experience in the Building Envelope construction market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure, manage competing priorities, and inspire through influence.
  • Commitment to professionalism and operating ethically aligned with company values.
