Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the fenestration sector? Ready to take ownership of a high-potential territory spanning the North of England and Scotland?

We’re looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive growth across this key region, developing new business opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships across the PVC-U, Composite Door, Aluminium, and Timber markets.

Your Tasks

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets across all product ranges
  • Maximise regional profitability across the North of England & Scotland
  • Manage, retain, and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify and win new business across key sectors
  • Promote SFS solutions into both established and emerging markets
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Provide expert advice and best practice guidance to customers
  • Resolve customer queries and product issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support wider team success
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
  • Provide monthly updates and market insights to the Sales Director

Your profile

We’re seeking someone who is:
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large territory effectively
  • A strong communicator, able to influence and build lasting relationships
  • Commercially savvy with a keen eye for market opportunities
  • Experienced in identifying and converting new business leads
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative discipline
  • Technically knowledgeable within fenestration or a related industry
  • Confident delivering product demonstrations and customer training
  • Professional, proactive, and results-focused
