As part of the Segment Controlling team, you will work closely with business units and management and actively contribute to steering the performance of our activities in dynamic end markets such as Aerospace, Medical, Industrial and Automotive.
Deine Aufgaben
- You support the continuous development of reporting and planning processes, including monthly performance analysis, forecasts, budget and mid-term planning
- You help shape performance presentations and dashboards, translating figures into clear, decision-relevant insights
- You coordinate and support controlling-related projects, such as the implementation, simplification or digitalization of reports
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders within the segment and handle ad-hoc analyses and requests
- You gain deep insight into how controlling supports business steering at segment level
Dein Profil
- Degree in economics, business administration, controlling or a comparable field
- Excellent MS Excel skills and strong interest or first hands-on experience with Power BI (highly desirable)
- Structured, reliable and independent working style combined with a proactive mindset
- Interest in industrial business models and performance management
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage
