As a marketing communications specialist, you will gain an in-depth insight into the planning and development of advertising communication measures. You implement the measures yourself or support your colleagues in doing so. You will also be responsible for planning and launching sales promotions.

Main tasks

Marketing communication specialists work in advertising, online marketing, direct marketing, public relations, sales promotion, multimedia marketing, event and social media marketing. For example, you advise departments on how to market products and services. You observe and analyze the markets in which, for example, a product is to be sold, determine target groups and develop appropriate advertising and communication concepts. This also includes accompanying and participating in events and trade fairs.
