Machinery and equipment operator (m/f/x)

During the apprenticeship as a machinery and equipment operator you will learn the basics of metalworking such as turning, milling, grinding and welding. With the help of various practical exercises, you will be able to rectify malfunctions yourself and ensure a smooth production process.

About the machinery and equipment operator (m/f/x)

Main tasks

As a machinery and equipment operator, you accept production orders and prepare the work steps required to manufacture a specific product – if necessary, the machinery may have to be modified. During production, it is your job to monitor the processes and check the intermediate results. If errors occur, you will detect them early on, reset the machine, repair it and get it up and running again.
